"Per Sempre con Diego" Award
The second edition dedicated to the unforgettable Argentine champion Diego Armando Maradona was held at the Antisala dei Baroni del Maschio Angioino.

The event comes on the eve of October 30, the day the Pibe was born in Buenos Aires 62 years ago.
Gianfranco Zola, who wore the number 10 jersey, after the farewell of the Pibe de Oro, intervened directly from London. Gianfranco Zola paid tribute to his great teacher together with some teammates from that magical Naples. To pay homage to the great Diego there were also Bruno Giordano, Raffaele Di Fusco, Nando De Napoli and Giuseppe Volpecina.
Organized by "La Voce degli Ultimi", with the patronage of the Municipality of Naples, the Order of Journalists, Ussi, Confimi, the event comes on the eve of October 30, the day in which the Pibe was born in Buenos Aires 62 years ago. Among others, the presence of the councilor for sport Emanuela Ferrante.
The event was led by the journalist Umberto Chiariello, with Eugenia Saporito. Through the memories of the players there was also talk of the two league titles and the Uefa Cup won at the time. For the occasion, a commemorative medal was created, depicting D10S in action, by the art master Domenico Sepe, known for having created the statue dedicated to the great Argentine champion by announcing to our microphones that it will shortly be exhibited outside the Maradona stadium.
