Ruby red wine born from native grapes of Nerello Mascalese. The refinement takes place in wooden barrels and steel tanks and lasts for a year, ending in the bottle for at least 3 months. Taste of great structure, silky tannins, soft and elegant, intense aroma of red fruits with ample spicy and undergrowth notes.
Excellent with risotto, meats and game. Also try it with legume soups or delicately spiced vegetables.
