"Grappa Bianca di Primitivo" Vol. 40%
Grappa of monovitigno fruit of the distillation of Primitivo pomace that give it characteristic hints of fresh fruit, dried figs, licorice, which make it soft and velvety.
Primitivo pomace are devalued together with the heart of their scents, rich in the unique characteristics of this vine capable of expressing the strong colors and great sweetness of Puglia. They are then transported to an ancient distillery and refined. The pomace is distilled with steam discontinuous still that allows the perfect separation of the head and tail components offering the consumer only the heart of the distillate.
Its scent is intense and penetrating, expressing notes of berries, jam and white flowers with vanilla arabesques and acacia honey.
Visual appearance: crystal clear in transparency with light straw shades.
