"Grappa with Honey and Acacia" Vol. 40%
Honey, a complete, healthy ingredient and serves as a natural sweetener. In antiquity it was used not only to sweeten but also as a remedy for different symptomatology (e.g. cough or cold).
In modern cuisine, unfortunately, it is slightly neglected but in this recipe we will bring it back to its right role. We will use honey, in fact, to enrich an alcoholic that is dry in itself, namely grappa.
Young grappa added to acacia honey. Marked and pleasant presence of acacia honey.
Serve very cold. Also pleasant to use as a sweetener of infusions such as tea or chamomile.
